AI assistant – looking for platform recommendations

Hey everyone,

I’m a small business owner, and like many others, I’ve been closely following the rise of AI technologies — especially AI assistants. The idea of having a virtual assistant that can handle inquiries, take orders, and support my customers 24/7 without breaks or time off is incredibly appealing.

I'm currently exploring ways to integrate an AI assistant into my business (ideally on my website), and I'm looking for advice from people who have experience with these tools.

Some questions I have:

What are the best platforms to build and deploy an AI assistant for customer-facing tasks?

Are there any “plug-and-play” solutions for websites that don’t require heavy coding?

How customizable are these assistants in terms of tone, branding, and handling complex queries?

Any pitfalls to watch out for?
